Mr. Simon Jolin-Barrette Minister of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion of Quebec say that as per the orders issued by the Superior Court judge they will now continue the processing for applications which are in pending in Skilled worker program.

The SCJ Frédéric Bachand grant a temporary authoritative warning for the 10 days to the group of immigration lawyers to continue the process for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program with the existing applicants under the system.

The Quebec government requested a bill to terminate all the pending applications under the program which are submitted in it before 2nd August 2018 as on 7th February 2019.

The south Korean nurse whose name is Seeun Park as a AQAADI made an injunction for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program which was effected by government decision, she got an Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) under it. As she received CSQ made her eligible to apply for Canada permanent residence under the given program.

The AQAADI requested the court to continue the processing for the applications which are already issued an CSQ, till the bill 9 is not been passed in the National Assembly.

They marked the situation as a urgent such that more than 18,000 applications are under process. The Canadian Bar Association and various business leaders are also unite to remove the application backlog under the system.

The Bill 9 is been created, Mr. Jolin-Barrette tell the press that application process time will reduced from 36 months to 6 months and they will continue to selecting Expression of Interest(EOI) of candidates which are under the system pool.
